Component Cleaning. Batch component cleaning ensures that all our final products are smooth, free of debris, and ready to install upon receipt. We use a cleaning solution compatible with our cutting oil to remove oil from the parts. Once removed from that initial oil removal process, parts move into our proprietary 6 stage cleaning system that ensures parts are free of oil, residue and FOD.

The oil that is removed then goes to decant where it is filtered then re-introduced into the fresh cutting oil at a ratio of 1-4. This eliminates our waste stream and keeps the environment at the forefront of our sustainability responsibilities.
